By Wonderland Bar & Kitchen – generous, flavour-led and served with care. Prices are per day guest; the late-night treat feeds everyone still on the dancefloor.

How much does a wedding at The Fable Yard cost?
Your Fable Yard wedding price starts with the date you choose. Venue hire is lower from October to March, while our most popular spring and summer dates sit in the May to September season. The guide below makes it easy to compare your options, and the calculator above will bring your venue, food and drink choices together in one estimate.

What is included in Fable Yard venue hire?
When you book The Fable Yard, the space is yours from 9am until midnight on your wedding day. Your venue hire includes The Old Motorhouse for your ceremony, the private festoon-lit courtyard, tables and chairs, the fully stocked bar, on-site parking, luxury loos and support from our friendly venue team. You’ll also have your own online wedding portal to help with planning, ideas and payments. If you would love a little more time to settle in and make the space your own, ask us about optional two-day hire.
Are there any extra wedding costs to consider?
We want your budget to feel clear from the beginning. Food and drink are chosen and priced separately, so you can create a celebration that suits your guest list and style. Registrar fees are also paid separately and are usually around £500–£700. A non-refundable £150 damage waiver is added to every booking; the calculator includes this automatically, so your estimate is easy to understand.
How do we book The Fable Yard and when is payment due?
Once you have found a date you love, a £2,400 venue deposit will secure it for you. The remaining venue balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding, giving you a simple and predictable payment schedule while you plan the rest of your day.
Are wedding food and drinks included in the venue price?
Food and drink are not included in the venue hire price because every couple celebrates differently. Wonderland Bar & Kitchen can shape your menu around the atmosphere you want, with wedding food from £30 per person and drinks from £5.60 per person.
