We host weddings every month of the year. Your venue hire is for your chosen day, exclusively yours from 9am until midnight – May to September is our peak season, October to April our quieter months.

What's included in your venue hire
- Exclusive use of The Fable Yard from 9am until midnight on your wedding day
- The Old Motorhouse – your indoor ceremony space, transforming into the celebration space by night
- Light and airy guest area opening onto the private gravelled courtyard, under a stretched canvas cover for year-round celebrations
- Sociable rectangular tables and seating for up to 250 guests
- Festoon lighting throughout the courtyard
- Luxury on-site bar run by Wonderland Bar & Kitchen – cocktails, wines, beers and spirits, cash or card
- Your own personalised wedding portal – suppliers, menus and planning in one place
- Ample on-site parking and luxury loos
- Dedicated Venue Co-ordinator from your first visit to the final dance
Fancy the day before to set up? Two-day hire is available – just ask when you enquire.
Step 2 Your guests
Day guests join you for the ceremony and feast; evening guests arrive for the party.
Discounted children's meals are available – just ask our team when you enquire.
Step 3 Your ceremony
The Old Motorhouse is our licensed indoor ceremony space – exposed brick, concrete floors and natural light, with vows in the daytime and the first dance by night under the same roof. It's part of your venue hire.
Step 4 Your feast
By Wonderland Bar & Kitchen – generous, flavour-led and served with care. Prices are per day guest; the late-night food feeds everyone still on the dancefloor.

Step 5 Your drinks
Pre-order packages from our fully stocked bar, served by our own mixologists. Drinks packages carry a £500 minimum spend – if your picks come in under, we'll show the top-up.
Step 6 Your stay
Stay on the estate the night of your wedding. Optional – add it now or decide later.
