We host weddings April to October. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays come with the day before to decorate and the morning after to collect – all part of your venue hire.

What's included in your venue hire
- Three Giant Tipis and a Snug tipi, linked into one warm, spacious celebration space
- A dedicated Venue Co-ordinator throughout planning and on the day itself
- Tables and chairs to seat up to 150, with a bespoke floor plan design
- Wooden flooring throughout, state-of-the-art sound system, space heaters and fans
- Fairy lighting through the tipis and festoon lighting draped from the trees
- Snug lounge with chesterfield sofas, armchairs and indoor fire pit (plus one outdoors)
- Luxury on-site bar with dedicated bar team, luxury loos and on-site parking
- Wrangler's Den, our rustic log cabin for the newly-weds (sleeps 4)
- The day before (13:30–18:00) to decorate and the morning after (08:00–11:00) to collect*
*Sunday weddings run as a single day, with access from 9am and the morning after to collect.
Step 2 Your guests
Day guests join you for the ceremony and feast; evening guests arrive for the party.
Discounted children's meals are available – just ask our team when you enquire.
Step 3 Your ceremony
Kings Barn is our rustic ceremony barn beside the tipis – space for 120 of your favourite people with the forest as your backdrop.
Step 4 Your feast
By Wonderland Bar & Kitchen – generous, flavour-led and served with care. Prices are per day guest; the late-night treat feeds everyone still on the dancefloor.

Venue hire starts from £3,150, with the price depending on the year, month and day you choose. The full standard rates are below so you can compare dates at a glance.

If our current 30% venue-hire saving applies to your 2027 date, the calculator will add it automatically. Food, drink, your Kings Barn ceremony, accommodation and the £150 damage waiver are added separately, so you can shape the day around what matters to you.
What does venue hire include?
Your venue hire gives you the full Inkersall celebration space, with plenty already taken care of. This includes three giant tipis and a snug tipi, a dedicated venue co-ordinator, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, wooden flooring, a sound system, heaters and fans, fairy and festoon lighting, the snug lounge and firepits, a staffed bar, luxury loos and on-site parking.
For Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday weddings, you can come in from 1.30pm–6pm the day before to decorate, then return from 8am–11am the morning after to collect everything. Sunday weddings include access from 9am on the day, plus the following morning to collect.
What additional costs apply?
There are just a few additional costs to allow for. If you would love to hold your ceremony in Kings Barn, the hire fee is £650. Your registrar is booked and paid separately and costs approximately £500. A non-refundable £150 damage waiver also applies to every wedding.
How and when do we pay?
A £2,000 deposit secures your date. A further £2,000 is due eight months before your wedding, with the remaining balance due six weeks beforehand. This spreads the venue payments across your planning journey, rather than leaving everything until the end.
Are food and drink included?
Food and drink are priced separately, giving you the freedom to choose the menu and drinks that feel right for your celebration. For 2027 weddings, main menus start from £30 per person and drinks from £5.60 per person. For 2028, main menus start from £32 per person and drinks from £6 per person. Drinks packages have a £500 minimum spend.
What accommodation is available?
If you would love to stay on site, Wrangler’s Den sleeps four and is £350 for two nights, while the Shepherd’s Hut sleeps two and is £260 for two nights. Friends and family can also join the glamping village for £20 per pitch; tents are not included.
