SEAR Catering – With a shared passion for food and a friendship of over fifteen years, Sear was formed in 2017 by Joe Horner and Ryan O’Linn. We are a South Oxfordshire-based catering company primarily focused on offering family-style sharing dishes.

Sear brings together Joe’s farming background, with Ryan’s experience of cooking alongside highly trained chefs in restaurant kitchens. We aim to deliver an end product that will interest and intrigue people; leaving them with a long-lasting impression.

Our ethos is to continuously deliver great flavours through a bespoke service. Our offering is informal yet refined. Great ingredients cooked with love.

Three Gents Event Catering are Matt, Ant & Dave. We are a LGBT+ owned company based in southeast London supported by a team of amazing freelancers who make up our diverse friendly experienced team.

We cater for both celebratory and corporate events. Our affordable and interesting menus use high quality produce from local suppliers in South London, Surrey & Kent. We can smash any brief but specialise in street-food, canapés, bowl-food and informal feasting/sharing menus. We and our team love a wedding and have testimonials from many happy couples to share.

Being an established small business, we pride ourselves on our hands-on, responsive and flexible approach and at least 2 of the 3 Gents attend every event we do. We thoroughly enjoy what we do and believe that shines through in how we operate.

Funthyme specialises in creating bespoke weddings for food-forward couples, developing menus and experiences that tell stories of heritage, tradition and family influence in a way that feels personal.

Funthyme’s food style is best described as celebratory, natural and bold, bringing together ingredients, techniques and recipes from Europe and beyond. Menus are inspired by the seasons and the finest produce from land and sea, with an approach equally suited to corporate entertaining and wedding feasts.

Funthyme works with a dedicated team of event managers, waiting staff and bartenders to deliver exceptional service. Their approach is polished yet natural and personable, ensuring every event feels seamless, warm and memorable from start to finish.
