An enchanting tipi wedding venue behind a 250-year-old wall on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds – exclusively yours. Pick your date, your feast and your drinks: your estimate updates as you go, and we'll send the full breakdown as your personalised wedding proposal.

We host weddings April to October. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Bank Holiday Mondays come with the day before to decorate and the morning after to collect – all part of your venue hire.

What's included in your venue hire
- Three giant reception tipis and a Snug, all linked into one warm, sociable celebration space
- Tables and chairs to seat up to 150 guests
- Solid wooden flooring throughout, with heaters for when the nights turn chilly
- Thousands of fairy lights wrapped around the tipi poles and festoon lighting draped outside
- A cosy Snug tipi with chesterfield sofas and armchairs
- Fire pits both inside and outside the tipis
- Luxury on-site bar with a dedicated bar team, taking cash or card
- Plenty of on-site parking, luxury loos (and showers for campers)
- Your own wedding portal – suppliers, FAQs, floor plans and payment tracking in one place
- The day before (12:00–16:30) to decorate and the morning after (08:30–11:00) to collect*
*Sunday weddings run as a single day, with the morning after to collect.
Step 2 Your guests
Day guests join you for the ceremony and feast; evening guests arrive for the party.
Discounted children's meals are available – just ask our team when you enquire.
Step 3 Your ceremony
Say "I do" in The Laurels, our stretch-tent ceremony space inside the walled garden (licensed for up to 120 guests), or at St Benedict's Church, a short stroll away on the estate. Choose one.
Step 4 Your feast
By Wonderland Bar & Kitchen – generous, flavour-led and served with care. Prices are per day guest; the late-night treat feeds everyone still on the dancefloor.

What are the venue hire prices?
Venue hire starts from £3,995 and varies by month and day of the week.

What does venue hire include?
Your venue hire includes exclusive use across three days:
- The day before: 1pm–5.30pm to decorate and prepare.
- Your wedding day: From two hours before your ceremony, or drinks reception if marrying off-site, until midnight.
- The morning after: 8.30am–11am to collect your décor.
What additional costs apply?
Use of the ceremony area is £650; registrar fees are arranged and paid separately. A non-refundable £150 damage waiver also applies.
How and when do we pay?
A £2,400 venue deposit secures your date. A further £2,000 is due 8 months before your wedding, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before the day.
Are food and drink included?
No. Food and drink are priced separately according to your choices, with food from £30 per person and drinks from £5.60 per person. Explore food and drink.
Is there an all-inclusive Twilight wedding package?
Yes. The Sunday-only Twilight package starts from £7,995 for 60 all-day guests. You can access the venue from 10am, with weddings from 3pm onwards. It includes a Street Food Market, dessert station and a welcome drink for every guest. Use of the ceremony area costs an additional £650, registrar fees are paid separately and the £150 damage waiver also applies.
