Laid-back luxury under the tipis, with Sherwood Forest as your backdrop. Pick your date, your feast and your drinks – your estimate updates as you go, and we'll send the full breakdown as your personalised wedding proposal.
Step 1 Your date
We host weddings April to October. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays come with the day before to decorate and the morning after to collect – all part of your venue hire.

What's included in your venue hire
- Three Giant Tipis and a Snug tipi, linked into one warm, spacious celebration space
- A dedicated Venue Co-ordinator throughout planning and on the day itself
- Tables and chairs to seat up to 150, with a bespoke floor plan design
- Wooden flooring throughout, state-of-the-art sound system, space heaters and fans
- Fairy lighting through the tipis and festoon lighting draped from the trees
- Snug lounge with chesterfield sofas, armchairs and indoor fire pit (plus one outdoors)
- Luxury on-site bar with dedicated bar team, luxury loos and on-site parking
- The day before (13:30–18:00) to decorate and the morning after (08:00–11:00) to collect*
*Sunday weddings run as a single day, with access from 9am and the morning after to collect.
Step 2 Your guests
Day guests join you for the ceremony and feast; evening guests arrive for the party.
Discounted children's meals are available – just ask our team when you enquire.
Step 3 Your ceremony
Kings Barn is our rustic ceremony barn beside the tipis – space for 120 of your favourite people with the forest as your backdrop.
Step 4 Your feast
By Wonderland Bar & Kitchen – generous, flavour-led and served with care. Prices are per day guest; the late-night treat feeds everyone still on the dancefloor.

Step 5 Your drinks
Pre-order packages from our fully stocked bar, served by our own mixologists. Drinks packages carry a £500 minimum spend – if your picks come in under, we'll show the top-up.
